"Influencer ? We see them more as “Insider" - The blog of 'The Showlife'

If you are interested in the latest information and western trends from the scene, you can’t miss a certain blog: The Showlife. Behind the blog "The Showlife" are the friends Sophie Gotthold and Leonie Küthmann.

This year, they cooperate with the ECQH and report on training trends, showoutfits and much more before and during the Show. "We are delighted to be working with FEQHA and the fact that we can report from this year's European Championship of American Quarter Horses.

With the help of social media we will take you to the show and present to you what happens on the ECQH before and behind the scenes. In addition, we will capture with our camera the moments that make such a Show up. You will find the pictures on our blog 'The Showlife' and on the ECQH.rocks page.

I only have talent for things that interest me, Karl Lagerfeld once said, and that

is also true for the two girls.Both are also active tournament riders with a high “show mileage account”.

Sophie has started at AQHA shows for many years now, at the moment with her five-year-old Gelding HCA Gleam of Hope, while Leonie has started on APHA shows for many years too and on AQHA shows since 2016. In her "civilian" life, alongside the horse riding, Sophie studied Law while Leonie is more into journalism. She, for instance, has written for Gohorseshow and Instride Edition, and as the attentive reader may have noticed, last year already for the ECQH.

Whether the ECQH now works with “Influencers”, we have been asked several times recently. We only reply one thing to that: Influencer? "We see them more as “Insider”

"Influencer? Wir sehen sie eher als Auskenner" - Der Blog von ‚The Showlife‘

Wenn man sich für die neuesten Infos und Western-Trends aus der Szene interessiert, kommt man an einem Blog nicht vorbei: The Showlife. Hinter dem Blog „The Showlife“ stecken die Freundinnen Sophie Gotthold und Leonie Küthmann. In diesen Jahr kooperieren sie mit der ECQH und berichten vor und während der Show über Training-Trends, Showoutfits und über vieles mehr. „Wir freuen uns über die Zusammenarbeit mit der FEQHA und darüber, dass wir vom diesjährigen European Championship of American Quarter Horses berichten dürfen. Mithilfe von Social Media werden wir Euch mit auf die Show nehmen und Euch zeigen, was auf dem ECQH vor und hinter den Kulissen passiert. Ich habe nur Talent für Dinge, die mich interessieren, hat Karl Lagerfeld mal gesagt, und das trifft auch auf die beiden Mädels zu. Beide sind ebenfalls aktive Turnierreiterinnen mit einem hohen ‚Show-Mileage-Konto’. Sophie startet schon seit vielen Jahren auf AQHA Shows, momentan mit ihrem fünfjährigen Wallach HC A Gleam of Hope, während Leonie viele Jahre auf APHA Shows gestartet ist und seit 2016 auch auf AQHA Shows. In ihrem ‚zivilen‘ Leben, neben der Reiterei studiert Sophie, Jura während Leonie eher den journalistischen Weg einschlägt. Sie hat u.a. für Gohorseshow und Instride Edition geschrieben, und wie dem aufmerksamen Leser nicht entgangen sein kann, letztes Jahr auch schon für die ECQH.

Ob die ECQH nun mit Influencern arbeitet, wurden wir schon öfters gefragt. Darauf antworten wir immer nur eines: "Influencer? Wir sehen sie eher als 'Auskenner'.
